基本操作/ Controls

設定名字

  1. 在主介面(名稱顯示模式)時，長按進入名稱顯示模式的設定清單。
  2. 選擇 EditName 並按下確認鍵。
  3. 在名稱設定模式中，使用上下鍵變更字母，左右鍵選擇你要變更的字母。
  4. 若要刪除字母/插入字母，請依照上圖同時按兩個按鈕。
  5. 當設定完成時，按下確認鍵。

Set your name

  1. In the main interface (name display mode), long press to enter the settings menu of name display mode.
  2. Select EditName and press ok key.
  3. In the name setting mode, use the up and down keys to change letters, and the left and right keys to select the letter you want to change.
  4. To backspace or insert a letter, please press the two buttons shown in the image simultaneously.
  5. When the setting is completed, press the OK key.

設定顯示模式

在主介面(名稱顯示模式)時，你可以設定要輪播顯示的資訊。

  1. 在主介面(名稱顯示模式)時，長按進入名稱顯示模式的設定清單。
  2. 選擇 NameDisplay 並按下確認鍵。
  3. 在設定顯示模式中，使用上下鍵選擇你要顯示的資訊：
    • Both (名稱+分數)
    • ScoreOnly (只顯示分數)
    • NameOnly (只顯示名稱)
  4. 當設定完成時，按下確認鍵。

Set Display Mode

In the main interface (name display mode), you can set what information you want to be displayed on the LED Matrix.

  1. In the main interface (name display mode), long press to enter the settings menu of name display mode.
  2. Select NameDisplay and press the Enter key.
  3. In the setting display mode, use the up and down keys to select the information you want to display:
    • Both (name + score)
    • ScoreOnly (only display score)
    • NameOnly (only display name)
  4. When the setting is completed, press the OK key.

顯示分數/ Show score

  1. 你可以透過按下 Mode 按鈕進入 Badge 的功能主選單。/ You can access Main Menu by pressing Mode button on your badge.
  2. 在功能主選單中，你可以透過上下鍵來找到Show score功能，按OK後進入。/ You can navigate through the menu using the up and down keys to find the “Show Score” function. Press OK to enter.
  3. 你可以透過上下鍵瀏覽不同遊戲的最高分數。 You can browse the highest score of each game with Up/Down key.

調整亮度/ Adjust Brightness

遊戲/ Games

  1. 你可以透過按下 Mode 按鈕進入 Badge 的功能主選單。/ You can access Main Menu by pressing Mode button on your badge.
  2. 在功能主選單中，你可以透過上下鍵來選擇要執行的功能或遊戲。/ You can navigate through the menu using up and down key to select the function or the game you want to run.
  3. 當你選擇好要執行的功能時，就可以按下 OK 鍵。/ When you selected the function or games you want to run, press the OK key to execute.
  4. 按下 Mode 按鈕或是 Back 按鈕即可退出選單。/ To exit Main Menu, you can press either Mode key or Back key.

駭客寵物/ Hacker Pet

  1. 當你第一次進入Hacker Pet，你可以按左右鍵選擇你要養駭客貓貓還是駭客狗狗，按下OK鍵後即進入孵蛋模式。/ When you first enter Hacker Pet, use the left or right button to choose whether you want to raise a hacker cat or a hacker dog. Press the OK button to enter Egg Hatching Mode.
  2. 在孵蛋模式中，你會看到畫面中有一個進度條。只要你在會場走動就可以加速孵蛋，當進度條歸零，你就可以獲得你的駭客寵物！/ In Egg Hatching Mode, you will see a progress bar on the screen. Simply walk around the venue to speed up the hatching process. When the progress bar reaches zero, you will receive your Hacker Pet!

(孵化後)介面介紹

  1. 主畫面左邊為你的寵物，右邊為你的生命值。
    • 你的寵物共有 3 條生命值，每次戰鬥失敗會扣 1 格生命值。會場中有 4 個小駭客中心，只要將你的 PCB Badge 與小駭客中心對接，即可為你的寵物補血。
    • 請好好保護你的駭客寵物。若生命值歸零將會進入虛弱狀態，你無法再與你的寵物互動，要到小駭客中心補血後才可再次與你的寵物一同遊玩。
  2. 在主畫面，任意按上下鍵，可看到您目前的等級。
  3. 餵食：主畫面按左鍵，會進入餵食畫面。選擇右邊的「y」，按 OK 鍵確認餵食。
    • 注意！請記得定時餵食你的寵物，別讓他餓昏頭喔～QQ
  4. 訓練場：主畫面按右鍵，會進入訓練畫面。選擇右邊的「y」，按 OK 鍵確認。
    • 訓練場的遊戲與對戰模式相同，你可以透過訓練場練習，讓你在跟別人對戰時更容易獲勝！
    • 在訓練模式中，箭頭會來回移動 5 次，每次畫面上方會出現一個指標，你要在箭頭指到指標時按下OK鍵使其對齊。若您的箭頭與指標對齊，即算是成功 1 次。若成功 3 次你的寵物會升 1 等，若成功 5 次，寵物會一次升 10 等！

(After Hatching) Interface Overview

  1. On the main screen, your pet is shown on the left, and its health is displayed on the right.
    • Your pet has a total of 3 health points. Each time you lose a battle, 1 health point will be deducted. There are 4 Hacker Pet Centers in the venue. Simply connect your PCB Badge to any of them to restore your pet’s health.
    • Take good care of your Hacker Pet! If its health reaches zero, it will enter a weakened state, and you will no longer be able to interact with it. You must visit a Hacker Pet Center to heal it before you can play with your pet again.
  2. On the main screen, press either the up or down button to view your current level.
  3. Feeding: On the main screen, press the left button to enter the feeding screen. Select “y” on the right and press OK to confirm feeding.
    • Note! Remember to feed your pet regularly—don’t let it faint from hunger! QQ
  4. Training Ground: On the main screen, press the right button to enter the training screen. Select “y” on the right and press OK to confirm.
    • The Training Ground game is the same as the battle mode. You can use it to practice, making it easier to win when facing other players!
    • In training mode, an arrow will move back and forth 5 times. Each time, a target will appear at the top of the screen. Press OK when the arrow points to the target to align them. If aligned correctly, it counts as 1 success. Achieve 3 successes and your pet will gain 1 level; achieve all 5 successes and your pet will gain 10 levels at once!

對戰模式

  1. 雙方 PCB 版對接後，將會進入 Badge 的功能主選單。請透過上下鍵，選到「Hacker Pet」功能後，按 OK 鍵。 (雙方都需要執行此步驟)。
    • 若你尚未孵出你的寵物，或是在虛弱狀態，你的畫面會出現「Yout pet is not ready」
    • 若你的對手尚未孵出他的寵物，或是在虛弱狀態，你的畫面會出現「Enemy unavailable」
  2. 螢幕上會出現確認對戰的畫面，雙方都需要按下「y」鍵，才可進入對戰。此時會顯示雙方寵物對峙的畫面，讓您做對戰準備。大約 3 秒後即會直接進入對戰。
  3. 訓練場的遊戲與對戰模式相同。雖然等級高會具備一些優勢，但對戰時的成功次數才是勝敗的主要因素，因此即便您的等級較低，還是能夠勝過對手！
    • 若成功 4 次，有 50% 的機率可以直接將對手打入虛弱狀態。
    • 若成功 5 次，有 100% 的機率會直接將對手打入虛弱狀態。
  4. 若你的寵物勝利，會出現歡呼的圖樣。若您的寵物戰敗，會出現「…」的圖樣。
  5. 戰鬥結算
    • 勝利的一方會升 3 等。
    • 戰敗的一方會減少 1 格生命值，務必留意您的寵物生命值，若歸零會進入虛弱狀態喔！

Battle Mode

  1. After connecting both PCB Badges, you will enter the main menu of the badge functions. Use the up or down button to select the Hacker Pet function, then press OK. (Both players must perform this step.)
    • If you have not yet hatched your pet or if your pet is in a weakened state, your screen will display “Your pet is not ready”.
    • If your opponent has not yet hatched their pet or if their pet is in a weakened state, your screen will display “Enemy unavailable”.
  2. A battle confirmation screen will appear. Both players must press the “y” button to proceed. The screen will then show both pets facing each other, preparing for battle. After about 3 seconds, the battle will begin automatically.
  3. The Training Ground game is the same as the battle mode. While having a higher level provides some advantages, the number of successful actions during the battle is the main factor in determining victory. This means you can still defeat an opponent even if your level is lower!
    • Achieving 4 successful hits gives you a 50% chance to instantly put your opponent into a weakened state.
    • Achieving 5 successful hits gives you a 100% chance to instantly put your opponent into a weakened state.
  4. If your pet wins, a cheering animation will appear. If your pet loses, an animation with “…” will be displayed.
  5. Battle Results
    • The winning pet gains 3 levels.
    • The losing pet loses 1 health point. Be sure to keep an eye on your pet’s health—if it reaches zero, your pet will enter a weakened state!

升等機制

  1. 請帶著你的寵物看世界。這次的 PCB Badge 內建記步器功能，只要到達一定步數，你的寵物即會升 1 等。
  2. 跟任一贊助商的 Badge 對接，你的駭客寵物將可以獲得 1 次的升等。（ 1 個贊助商只能升 1 等，重覆跟同一個贊助商對接 Badge 無法重覆升等喔！）
  3. 在訓練模式中，若成功 3 次你的寵物會升 1 等，若成功 5 次，寵物會一次升 10 等！
  4. 如果與其他人對戰獲勝，即可升 3 等。

Level-Up System

  1. Take your pet out to explore the world! This year’s PCB Badge has a built-in pedometer. Once you reach a certain number of steps, your pet will level up by 1.
  2. Connect your badge with any sponsor’s badge to give your Hacker Pet a 1-level boost. (Each sponsor can only grant 1 level. Repeatedly connecting to the same sponsor will not give additional levels.)
  3. In training mode, achieving 3 successful hits will level up your pet by 1, while achieving all 5 successful hits will instantly level up your pet by 10!
  4. Winning a battle against another player will level up your pet by 3.

活動介紹/ Introduction

紅藍對決是 HITCON 2025 所有與會者都能參與的活動！這是一場實體的 CTF，所有與會者將隨機分為紅、藍兩隊，活動會場將變成大型的陣地戰！ 你的 Badge 的燈泡顏色，即是你所被分配到的隊伍。活動會場將會有 21 個塔台，你可以透過以下方式來取得分數。取得分數後，與你想要佔領的塔台對接，即可將你的分數傳送到塔台（攻佔塔台）。紅藍勢力的版圖將隨時變動，攻下最多塔台的隊伍將是這次 HITCON 的贏家！

Red vs Blue is an interactive activity open to all HITCON 2025 attendees. In this real-world CTF-style challenge, each participant will be randomly assigned to either the Red or Blue team. The color of the light on your badge indicates which team you’ve been assigned to. There will be 21 towers throughout the venue. You can earn points through various activities, then connect your badge to the tower you want to capture to upload your score (and claim the tower). The battlefield between the red and blue teams will be constantly shifting—whichever team captures the most towers will be the ultimate winner of this year’s HITCON!

攻佔塔台方式/ How to Capture Towers

  1. PCB Badge 具備紅外線傳輸功能，因此每隔一段時間分數都會自動傳送到鄰近的塔台。/ The PCB Badge is equipped with infrared transmission, which automatically sends your points to nearby towers at regular intervals.
  2. 若您有特定的塔台想要攻佔，你可以在取得分數後，與你想要佔領的塔台對接，即可將你的分數傳送到塔台（攻佔塔台）。/ If you want to capture a specific tower, simply connect your badge to that tower after earning points to transfer your score and claim it.

分數取得方式/ How to Earn Points

1. 隨處走走/ Walk around

本次的PCB Badge新增記步器功能，只要你保持走動，就可以持續獲得分數！/ This year’s PCB Badge includes a built-in pedometer. Just keep moving — just keep moving, and you’ll continuously earn points!

寵物對戰/ Hacker Pet’s Battle mode

無論輸贏，每完成一次戰鬥您的攻擊力都會成為攻佔塔台的分數。/ Regardless of the outcome, each completed battle will convert your attack power into points for capturing towers.

USB 功能/ USB Features

跨板溝通功能/ Cross-board Interactive

你可以透過 Badge 上的跨版溝通針腳與其他的會眾進行連結交流，並且可以進行遊戲對戰。/ You can use the cross-board communication pins on the badge to connect with other attendees, allowing you to engage in game battles.

1. 遊戲對戰/ Game Battle

  1. 請將兩張 Badge 透過跨版溝通針腳進行連接，跨版溝通的選單會自動出現在畫面上。/ Please connect two Badge together using the cross-board connector, and the cross-board menu will show up automatically.
  2. 請使用上下鍵來選擇你要玩的遊戲，並且按下 OK 鍵開始進行遊戲對戰。/ Please navigate through the menu using up and down keys and select the game you want to play, then press OK button to play the game with others.

Bad USB

1. 將你的腳本放進 Badge 中：

請參照 BadUSB 使用說明

2. 執行 Bad USB 腳本：

  1. 你可以透過按下 Mode 按鈕進入 Badge 的功能主選單。
  2. 在功能主選單中，你可以透過上下鍵來選擇 Bad USB 功能。
  3. 使用 USB Type-C 連接線連接你的電腦與 Badge。
  4. 當你選擇好時，就可以按下 OK 鍵開始執行腳本。

1. Send your Bad USB Script into your badge：

2. Execute Bad USB Script：

  1. You can access Main Menu by pressing Mode button on your badge.
  2. Navigate through the menu using up and down key to select BadUSB function.
  3. Plug the badge to your computer using USB Type-C Cable.
  4. When you selected BadUSB, press the OK key to execute the script.

您的紅藍對決的分數將會顯示在布告欄上，若名次在 60 名以內，即可到活動組攤會領取神秘獎品！ 個人獎僅限領取一次。 8/15 (第一日)：分數將於 15:00 結算，15:00 以後玩家可來攤位領獎 8/16 (第二日)：分數將於 14:00 結算，14:00 以後玩家可來攤位領獎

Red vs Blue Score Registration and Prize Collection Schedule

Your Red vs Blue score will be displayed on the dashboard. If you rank within the top 60, you can visit the event booth to claim a mystery prize! Individual award can only be claimed once.
